The location is quite near the main square. The street where the hotel is located has a slight incline though. Breakfast was good and the hotel also offered a safe and a minibar in the room. The WiFi worked very well.
The hotel staff's attitude could improve. I noticed this immediately. The person at reception seemed indifferent when a lady struggled with her luggage to enter. There was no offer of water on a hot day. I requested an early check-in many times, it was denied and my luggage was left unattended.

location is ok, but some problems exists

the location was fine, not far from the metro.
the receptionist didnt really care when i had a problem with my luggage upon arrival. i also asked for an additional hour for late check-out, but my request got rejected which was disappointing. my room cups werent cleaned either which isnt good.

charmed stay near wenceslas square

i found the location super convenient. trams and buses were close. the staff at the desk were quite pleasant and helpful. breakfast presented a nice mix. it included hot food, continental options, cereals, fruit. a good range of hot drinks and fruit juice.
The receptionist wasn't friendly. She seemed reluctant to help even when we rang the bell in the rain. it made a difficult first impression. the slow check-in also added to the initial frustration. addressing this would significantly improve the guest experience.

Breakfast offered a nice selection. It included hot dishes, continental items, a variety of cereals, and fresh fruit options. a good selection of hot and cold beverages, like various juices, were available. i found the arrangement quite satisfactory.

My room featured double windows. They really minimized outside noise. tea and coffee facilities were included, which i appreciated. it had a very clean and well-kept bathroom. the high ceilings gave it an open feel.

this hotel sits right in the heart of the historical area. it is smack bang in the middle of everything. i found several modes of transport close by, including trams and buses. it made exploring very easy.

central locationquiet rooms
i liked the central location near tourist attractions. i found the breakfast covered most options. the rooms were quiet enough and clean.
the air conditioning was turned off from the first of september, i didn't like that.
